Yesterday was a bit of a doozy but half as bad as I thought it would be! I went to lunch/tea with a friend got a curried chicken salad sandwich which was BOMB and I don’t know how many calories but I decided to cut myself some slack as it was kind of a special occasion. Then I went to a wine bar with my mom and had two glasses of wine and we shared two little appetizers so it wasn’t horrible. It was just later than I usually let myself eat. I feel like I spilled waaaaay too much to my mom about my eating habits this weekend but it’s not like she can do anything about it I’m an adult and I don’t even live at home for 8 months out of the year. She’s very supportive of me loosing weight and I told her I’m only restricting to 1200, but she’d have to be stupid to belive that based on everything I told her this weekend.
Al I had to eat today is a Denny’s fit fare veggie skillet, only 390 calories and ITS SO MUCH FOOD I was amazed! I had stuff planned for dinner but I slept too late but honestly I’m chilling. Don’t even really feel that hungry one more day until my trip!

Toast?
What do y’all put on toast? I’m allergic to avocado so I try not to eat it that much, margerine isn’t good for you. I’m not a fan of dry ass toast, and I’m just trying to think of things I can eat at home so my mom (mostly my moms roommate she’s nosy as fuck) won’t mention my food?
